Legalization (Confirmation of Signature):
Applicant who wants to legalize a paper to use it only in Norway must book an appointment by phone or email before coming to the Embassy.
The paper must be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Jordan or by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway only. The applicant need to bring all the necessary documents to the Embassy, including passport, ID and national certificate (Iraqi applicants). The fee of 26 JD to be paid in cash to the Embassy.
Please note that when legalizing documents at the embassy, they will be available for pick-up the next day.
