The race was won by Citroën driver Sebastian Loeb of France, while Ford driver Jari-Matti Latvala of Finland came in second. The Norwegian Citroën driver Petter Solberg finished third and states on his webpage that he is very satisfied with making the top three.
The event, held under the patronage of HRH Prince Feisal, chairman of Jordan Motorsports, was described by the prince as a success.
